Bob McClay announced his retirement this month after 18 years of service to District 1.  The District has seen many changes during Bob's tenure, including miles of new lines and road crossings, the inclusion of District 7 into District 1, new meters and software, and GPS mapping of the district.  He has travelled thousands of miles in Franklin County maintaining the system, reading meters, taking daily water samples, and troubleshooting.  The Board of Directors, staff and customers join in wishing Bob the very best in the future.  We hope he has time to enjoy his family and his hobbies.
